TERMS & CONDITIONS

50% down payment is required two (2) weeks before the event. The final balance should be settled on or before the day of the event.
Additional charges will be applied for every additional guest.
Any change on the items specified on the signed contract should be made five (5) days before the event.
10% of the total contract price will be forfeited for any cancellation attributed to force majeure, fire, riots, or other calamities.
Free use of function rooms for three (3) hours. Additional charges will be applied for every excess number of hours.

Corkage fees

Lechon: P2,000 per lechon
Hard liquor and premium beers: 50% of the total selling price of the liquors
Wine: P500 per bottle
Local Beer: P120 per bottle
